Specialized Services

The following specialized services are provided to residents in Onondaga, Oswego, and Cortland counties: 

Special Education
Utilized by parents of special needs students, and by the school, as a means of resolving issues involving the student’s education plan or placement.

ACCES-VR

Utilized by an individual applying for or receiving ACCES-VR (Adult Career and Continuing Ed Services - Vocational Rehabilitation) services that is dissatisfied with any decision made by ACCES-VR.

Lemon Law Arbitration

Resolving disputes about used car sales under the New York State Lemon Law.  

Attorney Fee Dispute Arbitration

Resolving disputes between attorneys and clients about attorney fees.
